Sugihara Group is a staffing agency, which specialises in training and providing hospitality and service staff to a variety of hotels and restaurants. If you are successful in gaining a contract with Sugihara Group, you will be provided with training at our head office, Following training, you will be dispatched to an alternative place of work, such as a hotel or restaurant. However, your wage/salary will be paid by Sugihara Group.

Mentoring and support for all staff

Before you begin work, you will be provided with training in several areas, including communication and service skills. Training is tailored to the requirements of the company to which you will be dispatched. Ongoing mentoring, support, and consultation will be provided, following your dispatch to the hotel or restaurant.

If you encounter any issues, such as with working relationships, or are not satisfied with your working environment or number of shifts, it may be possible to relocate to another company, without any repercussions.

Once you have become accustomed to the part-time work, there may be opportunities to take up full-time employment with Sugihara Group.

  • The office is open Monday to Saturday ( except national holidays ) between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.
    Staff will be unavailable to take your call between 1:00p.m. and 2:00pm, and please be aware of the different time zone.

Preparation for and things to be aware of before your interview
